Fairway Lakes District Associatoin Mission Statement:
To work together with our residents and enable a community of neighbors to choose the community and lifestyle we want to live in together. Communication is always the biggest hurdle, and with this site we hope to always improve communication and awareness with all of our neighbors.
Fairway Lakes Community Accomplishments:

Easy Ways to Avoid a Covenants Letter:
ββThe following list is provided as reference for the residents of the most frequent covenants issues that are easily avoided, would avoid a covenants violation letter, and keeps our community safer and more appealing to everyone. Full text of the covenants, rules, restrictions and policies can be found in the "Gorverning Documents & Info" folder here.
1) Extended parking of vehicles on street (Policy here)
2) Blocking sidewalks while parking in the driveway (Article V, Section 7)
3) Maintaining clean sidewalks in front of each house (Article IV, Section 2)
4) Maintaining roofs and exteriors free of stains (Article IV, Section 2)
6) Yard and landscape upkeep (Article V, Section 2)
7) Speeding (over 25 mph)
8) Non-approved items in yard (trellis, permanent basketball hoops,etc.) (Policy here, ARC form here)
Some items that the community will continue to work with the residents on:
1) Operation of golf carts on the sidewalk
2) Time limit on house, yard decorations and political signs
3) Shrubbery and/or wall around A/C units and pool pumps
