To ensure that the Association and BrightView Landscape Services has the most current information, we are asking those homeowners who do not wish to have their landscaping detailed confirm this by sending an email to Monte Brown at Fairway Management, monte@fairwaymgmt.com.  Please include your name, address and a contact phone number.

By opting out of detail services, BrightView will no longer trim trees, shrubs or any other ornamental landscape materials on your property.  BrightView will continue to provide mowing, edging, weed control and fertilization services.
