The Solerno District Association will hold a community Garage Sale on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

To be a part of it, all you need to do is place your items on your driveway on the day of the sale. If you are not planning to participate, it is recommended that you keep your garage door closed to avoid any confusion among those visiting for the sale.

The Solerno District Association is a 792 unit association whose members reside in Indigo Crossing, Capron Trace, Charolais Estates, Ravencliffe and Colfax Landing.  The association is responible for the maintenance of the landscaping in the common areas, pool and pool pavilion located at 5215 Tavistock Dr., walls and signage, entry gates and the roads within the gated communities.

The pool and pool pavilion are for the exclusive use of Solerno residents and thier guests only.  The pool pavilion and serving ktchen are available for rent to Solerno residents.  For more information, please contact Fairway Management at reception@fairwaymgmt.com.
