Temporary Irrigation Schedule
Temporary Irrigation Schedule:
Spray Zones: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – beginning at 6pm – no later than 9am
Rotor Zones: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday – beginning at 6pm – no later than 9am
Irrigation run time will depend on the number of zones set to run on each clock that night
Because the rotor and spray zones are not running on the same night(s), if you have both spray and rotor irrigation at your property, they will water on different days.

Beginning March 1, 2024, all landscape maintenance and irrigation requests for Paradise Lawns should be submitted via email to dthomas@fairwaymgmt.com

Valve Replacement Notice
Homeowners: please refrain from accessing the individual irrigation valve boxes that control the sprinklers on your lot. We have seen an uptick in the number of valve replacements having to be done due to homeowners manually turning on/off, and over tightening the irrigation valves. When a system is manually turned on, it also affects the programming of other homesites in that zone and could prevent neighboring properties from receiving water. The unauthorized adjustments to these valves will continue to create an unnecessary expense for the association until this is resolved.
