The Modern Duran District Association's annual Membership Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, immediately following the Board of Directors (Budget Approval Meeting) at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of electing three resident directors. This meeting will be held at the Duran Golf Club, 7032 Stadium Pkwy.
Homeowners that are interested in running for a seat on the Board of Directors are encouraged to complete the enclosed form and submit it, along with a brief statement introducing yourself to the community, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 01, 2025. Candidates may also be nominated from the floor. The names of those appointments will not appear on the ballot.
Meetings will be held at the Duran Golf Club, 7032 Stadium Pkwy.
