Fairway Lakes Semi-Annual Covenants Committee Inspection - July 3, 2025
Dear homeowners,
In accordance with the Fairway Lakes Policy the Semi-Annual Covenants Committee Inspection will take place July 3, 2025. This inspection will include all driveways, sidewalks, roofs and mailboxes which need more attention or maintenance.
Please be advised that these areas should be in good condition prior to these inspections to avoid receiving violation notice. All open violations will be reviewed and cleared up after the necessary maintenance confirmation.
