ACH/Recurring Automatic Debit
How does it work? Your account is automatically debited when your assessment is due.
What do I need to do? Complete an ACH Authorization Form. Return the completed form with a voided check to Fairway Management, 1331 Bedford Drive Ste 103 Melbourne, FL 32940 or fax to (321) 777-4646, or email at accounting@fairwaymgmt.com.
US Mail/ Lockbox
How does it work? You write a check and mail it in with your coupon every time your assessment is due.
What do I need to do? Write a check payable to your homeowner’s association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon (PO Box 2549 Secaucus, NJ 07096). Important: Please write your homeowner account number on the check.
In Office
How does it work? You write a check and bring it in with your coupon every time your assessment is due.
What do I need to do? Write a check payable to your homeowner’s association and drop it and your coupon at our office or in our convenient after hours drop slot located at 1331 Bedford Dr Ste 103 Melbourne, FL 32940. Important: Please write your homeowner account number on the check.
Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay
How does it work? Set up your HOA as a payee with your bank’s online banking bill-pay.
What do I need to do? Please complete your bill-pay setup exactly as follows:

Address 2: PO Box 2549
City, St, Zip: Secaucus, NJ 07096
Account Number/Reference Number: Your Homeowner Account Number from your coupon/statement.
