The new irrigation wells are now online. As of 4/24/26, courtyard timers should be set for weekdays; between 7:30 a.m. on Monday to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Irrigation concerns within the courtyard should be reported to your interior landscape company, however, the association’s contractor, Professional Irrigation Solutions, is available, if needed. Requests for assessment may be submitted through a work order, or via email to dthomas@fairwaymgmt.com. Please provide the concern and a phone number you can be reached at.
