  • Holiday Parking
    The community has seen an increased number of requests for visitor parking this holiday season. If you plan to have visitors, extended stay or otherwise, please email dthomas@fairwaymgmt.com, with the dates your visitors will be here, along with the type of vehicle; make/model, and plate number. This will help to alleviate reports of unapproved parking in the community.
  • Landscape Request
    To submit a common area landscape maintenance request for Tropic Care, you may open a work order through CINC, or email your request to dthomas@fairwaymgmt.com.
